About the role
We are looking for a Superintendent Plant Operations to join our Fixed Plant teams at our Pilbara Mine Operations. Your role will ensure the team is set up for success against business priorities and the seamless safe delivery of operational activities. You will be supported in your efforts in continually seeking to improve our processes, cost efficiency and productive capability across the operation.
You’ll be a part of a high performing team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work on a 9 days on; 5 days off fly in, fly out roster from Perth, Busselton or Broome. These opportunities will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.

Opportunities exist across various locations, operating on a Fly in, Fly out from Perth or any of our regional hubs. Roster’s will vary depending on site allocation.
