Our Resource Development department is looking for a Superintendent Geology who will be part of a team responsible for the execution and delivery of evaluation and exploration programs. Resource Development is a team within the Winu Project, and to be successful needs to work closely with many internal and external stakeholders (including Technical, CSP and Approvals), to ensure on-time successful project delivery.
In this role you will support, lead and develop a team of supervisors and assist in managing a team of drilling contractors on site.
This is a FIFO role on a 2/2 roster out of Perth.

Where you’ll be working
Winu is a 100% Rio Tinto owned copper-gold mineralisation project in the Yeneena Basin of the Paterson Province in Western Australia. The project is located approximately 130 km north of the Telfer mine and 350 km southeast of Port Hedland. Teams at Winu are taking an agile approach to greenfield project development and being innovative in the way we bring a mine from exploration to production.
